Payments, Shipping & Returns

• After you place the order we will send you your invoice. You can then pay this conveniently via your bank.
• We will calculate the shipping costs for you. We will check whether your goods can be shipped by truck, sea or air freight.
• If any of the items you have selected is currently not in stock, we will give you an expected shipping time by a follow-up email.
• Any damage or defect must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods.
• Special orders or dedicated imports not accepted for return.
• Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition.
